Conduct Curb, LLC is a family-centered agency dedicated to supporting children diagnosed with Autism and their caregivers. We specialize in providing one-on-one behavior therapy, family consultations, and parent/professional training to empower caregivers. Role Description

As a BCBA/BCaBA, the incumbent will be responsible for directing and overseeing client ABA programs. The BCBA/BCaBA will also be responsible for ITP and BIP as well as supervising and training assigned Program Coordinator(s) and Behavior Technicians.  


Essential Functions 


  • Adhere to standards in the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts (http://bacb.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/160321-compliance-code-english.pdf).  
  • Recognize and abide by boundaries of practice set forth in the BACB 4th Ed Task List (http://bacb.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/160101-BCBA-BCaBA-task-list-fourth-edition-english.pdf). 
  • Oversee and monitor client caseload. 
  • Guide Program Coordinator(s) and Behavior Technicians in addressing maladaptive behaviors based on behavior reduction plans and implementing interventions based on skill acquisition plans. 
  • Provide training to Program Coordinator(s) and Behavior Technicians on skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.  
  • Assist with training behavior technicians seeking RBT certification.  
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses.  
  • ITP development and BIP development. 
  • Analyze data and make decisions for client goals based on data.  
  • Conduct new client intake/assessments. 
  • Provide guidance to Program Coordinator(s) in developing skill acquisition programs. 
  • Meet with parents periodically, as needed or as scheduled for parent training, to discuss goals, review treatment, etc. 
  • Provide crisis management and guidance on client cases during crisis situations. 
  • Generate clinical notes. 
  • Provide clinical ABA supervision to Program Coordinator(s) and Behavior Technicians. 
  • Minimum of twenty-six (26) billable hours per week. 
  • Maintain client welfare and dignity. 
  • Abide by BACB Code of Ethics and certificate criteria.  
  • Be able to perform RBT duties and responsibilities as needed.

Competencies  

  • Demonstrate solid communication skills both written and verbal. 
  • Works well in teams and has the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. 
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. 
  • Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance. 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities 

  • Lead, coach, and develop all Registered Behavior Technicians as well as supervisees, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.  
  • Leading and managing supervisees and support personnel. 
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff as requested and able.  
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff. 
  • Support the clinical growth and development of staff through training and mentorship.  
  • Conduct disciplinary procedures when appropriate. 


Required Education and Experience  

  • Credentialed Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral Level (BCBA-D). 
  • For BCaBA, Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Mental Health, Special Education, or related field. 
  • For BCBA, Minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Mental Health, Special Education, or related field.  
  • Experience and expertise in working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. 
  • Trained in safe physical management techniques (or able to attend and participate in safe physical management technique trainings). 


Additional Eligibility Requirements  

  • Must pass criminal and sexual abuse background checks. 
  • Must provide proof of clean TB and drug tests. 
  • Must have reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance. 
  • Must complete IHCP Rendering Provider Agreement  
  • Credentials must be active and in good standing (with no violations) within the past 12 month period.
