Condos Brothers Construction is hiring a Field Operations Coordinator to manage daily field logistics across multiple active sitework projects. This is a hands-on operations role responsible for ensuring crews are fully prepared, properly equipped, and efficiently dispatched each day.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily crew dispatch, equipment, and materials
- Plan next-day operations with foremen (manpower, equipment, materials)
- Maintain organized yard and stage materials
- Coordinate equipment movement and maintenance
- Source and track materials
- Solve logistical issues proactively
Qualifications
- 3–10 years in site civil construction
- Experience as foreman, operator, or field lead preferred
