Position Overview: The Flex Security Officer provides adaptable security services on a temporary or as-needed basis across various client sites. These officers are available to respond to dynamic security needs, including special events, emergency situations, or short notice staffing requirements. Complete incident reports, shift logs, and activity reports accurately and promptly. Record all relevant security activity, incidents, and observations.

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities for Security Officers:

• Conducts foot patrols
• Utilize our tracking software in the performance of daily duties
• Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports as needed
• Collaboration with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
• Maintain visitor and employee access logs
• Maintain a professional appearance

Physical functions and working environment:

• Frequent extended sitting, standing, and walking
• Frequent climbing stairs, ramps, and occasionally ladders
• Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling
• Frequent reaching and grasping
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
• Occasional running

Minimum Qualifications for Security Officers:

• Must possess and maintain BSIS California Guard Card Certification
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide documentation showing authorization to work in the U.S
• Knowledgeable in general security industry standards and methods
• Valid Driver’s License
• Employment is contingent on successful completion of a drug screen and background check
• If prior military, one must provide DD214 discharge document with discharge status upon job offer

The bonus is paid as follows: $600.00 on 90 days of continuous employment. *
