Our district offices are located in Oakland, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, and Portland.
We process our payroll weekly, in-house and work with multiple unions in multiple states. This position is an in-office position working out of our corporate office in Oakland, CA.

We process our payroll weekly, in-house and work with multiple unions in multiple states. This position is an in-office position working out of our corporate office in Oakland, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for 400 union and union employees across multiple states.
- Review, reconcile, and validate weekly payroll prior to transmission, ensuring accuracy from various sources.
- Prepare and submit certified payroll for 30 projects in LCPTracker, Elations, DIR, EMars, PRISM and other reporting platforms.
- Submit monthly union reports for Operating Engineers, Laborers, Carpenters and Pile Drivers across multiple states.
- Generate and submit Skilled and Trained workforce compliance reports.
- Serve as a primary resource for employees by researching, addressing, and resolving payroll questions and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and HR to verify documentation.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience processing in-house Payroll
- Experience with a Construction Company is preferred
- Experience working with unions is preferred
- Experience processing Certified Payroll is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with a team
- Flexible, organized, and able to work well under pressure and deadlines
Salary Range $35-$40 / Hourly DOE
