What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Maintenance Technician position at Condominium Associates?
- Must have good basic knowledge of drywall repairs, plumbing, light electrical and power tools and equipment.
- Must be able to perform janitorial duties. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, empty trash and recycling bins, dust and wipe down surfaces, occasionally utilize ladders to clean and dust walls, ceilings, and light fixtures. Cleaning bathrooms to washing walkways, blowing parking lots, cleaning elevators.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe environment by following operational and safety procedures.
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Must be available for rotating on call shifts.
