Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via face to face and phone.
- Assist clients with product information,and make their experience great.
- Manage POS system to ring sales and keep inventory accurate.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle diverse client interactions with confidence and clarity
- Resolve customer issues by analyzing problems thoroughly, offering effective solutions, and escalating complex cases when necessary
- Maintain organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Previous experience in retail is great but not required
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—along with active listening capabilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes
- Experience with phone communication is great but not required.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
