Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Caretaker/Manager based in Egg Harbor, WI. The Property Caretaker/Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the property, ensuring the physical upkeep of the facilities, landscaping, and common areas. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring building systems, addressing resident concerns, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules. Additionally, the role involves inspections, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while fostering a welcoming and efficient property environment.
Qualifications
- Facilities and Property Maintenance skills, including knowledge of repairs, landscaping, and building systems
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination experience, with the ability to oversee schedules and quality of work
- Communication and Organizational skills, including responding to resident concerns and managing administrative duties
- Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail for addressing maintenance issues and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Budgeting and Financial Management skills, including tracking expenses and managing maintenance costs
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and property management best practices
- Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional specialized certifications or technical training is a plus
