With a strong reputation, we’re growing our team and looking for a dynamic System Implementation Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of new systems or software solutions. Our goal is to deliver the highest level of professional HVAC service possible throughout Southwest Florida.
As the System Implementation Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring successful integration of technology. This role is vital to our company’s success. You will play a key role in assessing our needs, developing implementation plans and delivering ongoing support.
We are looking for driven, result oriented leader to:
Project Planning and Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of system implementation projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom software).
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Resource Management
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and budget adherence.
- Ensure all implementations meet business needs and comply with internal and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across departments.
- Manage change control processes, training, and user adoption strategies.
Requirements :
7 years of proven experience in project management with at least 4 years in system implementation.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Technical background or understanding of IT infrastructure, experience with data migration and system integration.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred, Change management or training experience is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc).
Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
