We are now seeking a Comfort Specialist for our Sales team. If You Are/Have:
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Previous customer service, sales, or related experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with new and existing customers about their HVAC needs
- Ability to explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage leads and customer conversations
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable working independently while meeting sales goals
- Professional, honest, and customer-focused
- HVAC experience is a plus
- 3 months to 1 year of related experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel as needed
- Clean driving record preferred
- Vehicle allowance provided
