What You'll Do
- Coordinate HVAC replacement projects from sale to final completion
- Schedule installation jobs and communicate timelines with customers
- Prepare job packets, permits, and required documentation
- Order equipment and materials to ensure timely installations
- Coordinate with installation managers, sales advisors, and warehouse teams
- Track project progress and update internal systems
- Maintain accurate project files and documentation
- Assist with permit applications, inspections, and compliance requirements
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and installation logistics
- Ensure all paperwork, financing documents, and job details are complete
- Provide excellent customer communication throughout the installation process
- 2 years of administrative or project coordination experience
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in HVAC, construction, home services, or trades preferred
- Strong computer skills (CRM systems, scheduling platforms, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer-service mindset with professional communication skills
