• We are seeking a dynamic, tested and proven, results-driven, sales professional who works tirelessly to deliver a superior experience for our customers.
• Must be able to assess heating and cooling needs, and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions to maximize comfort and energy.
• Has a proven track record of ethically exceeding sales goals, and a passion for developing and maintaining relationships.
• Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and thoughtfully address customer concerns.
• Has a passion in learning new sales techniques and strategies to improve and continue to grow in the sales profession.
• Possess a positive attitude and has a high level of enthusiasm for sales and a relentless desire to WIN!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, psychology, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 5 to10 years of proven sales experience in a high energy environment.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
