Job Description
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and customer requirements.
- Manage audits, inspections, testing, calibration, supplier quality, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and root cause investigations.
- Develop quality standards, prepare presentations, and deliver during design review meetings.
- Monitor quality metrics, drive continuous improvement, and mentor quality team members.
- Perform special assignments related to product support, including data gathering and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of quality control inspection and testing procedures and techniques.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and/or ISO 13485, statistical analysis, auditing, and quality systems.
- Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Collaborative and customer-focused
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional Project Management and follow-through skillset.
- Occasional travel for customer visits, supplier audits, training, and industry events.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Experience working in Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, Electronics Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- CQE, CQM, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification(s) preferred.
