This individual will be responsible for establishing quality governance, policies, procedures, performance metrics, audit programs, and continual improvement processes across a large-scale client services organization. A successful candidate will work closely with leadership, client stakeholders, project teams, engineering resources, and operations personnel to embed quality principles into daily operations and establish a sustainable framework for long-term operational excellence.

Job Description
Quality Management System Development
- Design, implement, and maintain an ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System.
- Develop quality policies, procedures, work instructions, templates, and supporting documentation.
- Establish document control, records management, and configuration management processes.
- Define process ownership and governance structures across the organization.
- Lead all activities required to achieve ISO 9001 certification within twelve months.
- Conduct gap assessments and maturity evaluations against ISO 9001 requirements.
- Coordinate certification body selection and certification audits.
- Manage Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification activities.
- Develop and execute certification readiness plans.
- Establish internal audit programs and audit schedules.
- Conduct audits and assessments of operational, engineering, project management, and support processes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and applicable standards.
- Track and report quality performance indicators.
- Lead root cause investigations.
- Manage corrective and preventive action programs.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and verify closure.
- Develop and maintain quality dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze trends, performance metrics, audit findings, and customer feedback.
- Prepare management review materials and executive-level reports.
- Present quality performance updates to leadership and client stakeholders.
- Develop quality awareness and training programs.
- Educate personnel on quality processes, procedures, and responsibilities.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continual improvement.
- Facilitate adoption of new processes and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational process improvement initiatives.
- Experience conducting audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

- Experience leading organizations through successful ISO certification audits.
- Within the first twelve months, the successful candidate will:
- Establish a fully documented and operational Quality Management System.

- Develop quality performance metrics and reporting dashboards.
- Establish corrective action and continual improvement programs.
- Successfully led the organization through third-party ISO 9001 certification.
