Position: Business Analyst

Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid)

Pay: $52 to $53/hour

Experience/Education: Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.

Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Description

• Perform standard analysis and work with existing data models.
• Pull data to populate standard reports.
• Present data and findings to senior peers or internal clients.
• Track existing metrics.
• Learn to apply basic knowledge and develop a professional skill set.
• Assist other Business Analysts using established processes, practices, and procedures as directed.
• Communicate with peers inside and outside of the department, providing information or exchanging data.
• Participate in project teams.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and Visual Dashboards VDB.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar software.
• Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of fundamental analysis.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity.
• Presentation skills to convey findings to varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with demanding time constraints.
