- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, travel arrangements, phone coverage, expense reports, and restaurant reservations.
- Campaign Management: Handle RFPs, insertion orders, editorial credits, and client communication. Prepare competitive reports and track campaign deliverables.
- Client Preparation: Support the preparation of presentations, brainstorms, and client meetings with polished materials.
- Business Development: Identify and research potential clients. Build a targeted prospect list, conduct outreach, and facilitate introductions for sales leads.
- Digital Sales Process: Learn the intricacies of integrated ad sales, audience insights, and digital-first sales strategies.
- Tools & Systems: Utilize Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and proprietary sales platforms to streamline workflows and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools (e.g., Google Slides).
