The Role
Reporting into the Technical Support Director, as a Field Application Engineer, you will be interfacing with our customers, project managers, and their engineering teams to assist in the definition and use of our solutions such as our single-board computers or systems.
You will also act as a team leader working closely with other application engineers to ensure that prompt and proper technical support is provided to our customers.
You’ll be based at our Woburn, MA facility on a full-time hybrid/Remote basis (and we’re flexible with what that looks like!) We have flexible working with core hours of 10am to 3pm (working 40 hours per week).

Demonstrated knowledge and experience
- Previous experience working directly with customers.
- High level knowledge of embedded engineering.
- Pre- and post-sales customer support.
- Technical knowledge of VPX and its ecosystem for deployable ruggedized systems.
- Technical knowledge of Linux, Windows & VxWorks.
- Embedded System assembly and integration.
