Key Responsibilities:
*Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable secure network solutions.
*Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
*Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational IT needs.
*Maintain compliance with security protocols and client standards.
*Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Network Engineering or related discipline, plus 4-6 years of directly related experience or a Master's degree, plus 2-4 years of directly related experience, or a PhD and 0-2 years of directly related experience.
*8 years of experience in network engineering or related field preferred.
*Active Secret security clearance.
*Up to 20% travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience with HAIPE (High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor).
*VMWare NSX-T and firewalls.
*DISA CCSD/Circuits
*COMSEC (Communications Security) experience.
*LISP, BGP and OSPF
*SD-WAN
*Hyperconverged and cloud infrastructure
*Experience with Palo Alto or FortiGate Firewalls.
*Proficiency in VMWare NSX for network virtualization.
*Knowledge of Cisco CUBE (Cisco Unified Border Element).
*Expertise in Windows Server Active Directory management.
*Familiarity with Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine).
*Strong understanding of Cisco routing and switching technologies.
*CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.
*Security certification
