Concrete Tailors, LLC is seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crew. If you have strong leadership skills, take pride in quality workmanship, and have experience in the concrete industry, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of 4–5 concrete finishers and/or form setters.
- Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Promote a safe, productive, and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in the concrete industry.
- Leadership experience supervising a concrete crew preferred.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
- $28.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience.
