Job Requirements:
What You Need
Wage Range: 26.91 - 26.91 per hour
What You’ll Earn
- Pay: $26.91/hr.
- $3,500 Sign-On Bonus ($1,500 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days)
- Guaranteed 40 hours every week
- Double time on weekends
- Premium pay for off-hour shifts
- Quarterly bonuses profit sharing

What You’ll Do
- Deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites throught South Charlotte and nearby communities
- Safely operate and maintain a mixer truck
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure load quality
- Handle chute operations and assist with unloading
- Work closely with dispatch, contractors, and customers on-site
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times

- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Age 21
- Safe driving record and solid work history
- Ability to perform physical job duties (lifting, climbing, chute handling)
- Strong focus on safety and customer service
