Job Requirements:
What You Need
Wage Range: 26.91 - 27.91 per hour
What You’ll Earn
- Starting Pay: $26.91/hr.
- $1.00/hr. more with 1 year of mixer experience
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 at 90 days, $1,500 at 180 days)
- Guaranteed 40 hours every week
- Double time on weekends
- Premium pay for off-hour shifts
- Quarterly bonuses profit sharing

What You’ll Do
- Deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites across the Sandhills of North Carolina and nearby communities
- Safely operate and maintain a mixer truck
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure load quality
- Handle chute operations and assist with unloading
- Work closely with dispatch, contractors, and customers on-site
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times
