What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the center of project execution—partnering with operations teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on every job. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project setup, buyout, and cost tracking
- Monitoring job quantities, progress, and production performance
- Tracking materials, equipment, and manpower productivity
- Assisting with scheduling, sequencing, and cost reporting
- Managing invoices, change orders, and extra work tickets
- Coordinating with General Contractors, Owners, and internal teams
- Ensuring safety and quality compliance across all project activities

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 (based on experience & location)

Education/Experience/Attributes/Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Engineer recommended.
- Basic/General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
- Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment.
