Join our construction team as a Concrete Construction Laborer/Finisher. You'll work on a variety of construction projects, specializing in concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork. Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and setup of formwork, rebar installation, and concrete molds according to detailed blueprints and specifications
• Operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently to facilitate pouring and finishing activities
• Perform concrete pouring, spreading, leveling, and finishing to achieve smooth surfaces with proper texture and elevation
• Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprint specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks
• Install rebar reinforcement securely within forms to provide structural integrity for poured concrete elements
• Conduct concrete cutting, surface smoothing, caulking, stucco application, drywall installation, plastering, tile laying, and other related finishing tasks as needed
• Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe environment for yourself and team members while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience is ideal but not necessary we will train!

• Proven experience working on construction projects involving concrete pouring, finishing, or related trades such as carpentry or masonry
• Hands-on knowledge of concrete forming techniques, metal stud framing, heavy lifting, and renovation work
• Ability to operate construction tools including power tools, hand tools, concrete mixers, pumps, saws for cutting concrete or rebar
• Understanding of construction site safety regulations and best practices for working with heavy materials and equipment
• Prior experience with rebar installation, concrete cutting or finishing is highly desirable
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working on active construction sites in various weather conditions

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
