Unlimited Pay:
The Sales Manager will be provided with a day rate to cover fuel and vehicle wear and tear, but that will be deducted each pay period from commissions earned. Commissions range from 6% to 10% of the selling price. Average installation cost is $4,500 and there is no limit on the number of commissions earned in any pay period.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for concrete coatings.
- Over time, manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or coatings industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of concrete coatings products and applications.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
