Concrete Nation is launching daytime polyjacking and concrete lifting crews, and we are looking for motivated individuals who want more than just a job.

This is a full-time Operator-Owner career path where you start as a lead equipment operator and grow into running your own territory and crew.

About Concrete Nation

Concrete Nation specializes in polyurethane concrete lifting (polyjacking) to repair sinking:

• Driveways
• Sidewalks
• Patios
• Garage floors
• Pool decks
• Steps and walkways

Polyjacking is the modern alternative to mudjacking and full replacement. Our service is fast, clean, and highly profitable, allowing operators to complete multiple projects per day.

Your Role as an Operator

As a Concrete Nation Operator you will:

• Operate polyjacking equipment and injection tools
• Lift and level concrete slabs using polyurethane foam
• Drill injection holes and perform concrete repair
• Perform job setup and cleanup
• Interact with homeowners and customers
• Maintain equipment and vehicles
• Manage daily job production

Most projects take 1–3 hours, allowing crews to complete multiple jobs per day.

Owner Career Path

Successful operators can grow into:

• Crew Lead
• Franchise / Business Operator

We provide training, equipment systems, marketing support, and operational guidance to help qualified operators transition into owning and operating their own concrete lifting business.

What We Look For

Work Schedule

• Full-time daytime work
