Title: Punchout Laborer
Location: Field - Florida
Summary: ODC Construction is looking for a Punchout Laborer to perform finishing tasks and final inspections on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to complete tasks with precision, and a willingness to contribute to the final steps of project completion. This position involves addressing any final touch-ups, repairs, and corrections to ensure the project is ready for handover.
Reports to: Director of Construction
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform punchout tasks such as drywall repairs, painting touch-ups, fixture installations, and other finishing work to complete construction projects.
- Inspect completed work areas to identify any defects or items requiring attention before final inspection.
- Address and fix minor issues, including imperfections in paint, trim, flooring, and other interior or exterior surfaces.
- Install or replace hardware, light fixtures, and other finishing components.
- Assist with cleaning and clearing out areas to prepare for final inspection and project handover.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and other crew members to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with other general labor tasks as needed to support the crew and meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and complies with company and industry regulations.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
