Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any special requests during overnight hours
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and support to guests and staff
- Conduct nightly audits to reconcile financial transactions, update reports, and ensure accuracy of guest accounts
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to foster positive guest relations
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, incidents, and shift activities for reporting purposes
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and guest relations best practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced setting
