What You Can Expect
- Compete at each phase of the sales process, from pre-qualified estimates to closed deal
- Manage an organized pipeline of deals in sales cycle accurately in CRM
- Travel within territory to meet pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled times throughout the day
- Communicate honest and transparent expectations to help each customer become an educated and informed buyer.
- Estimate and send professional quotes to homeowners
- Follow up with homeowners post estimate to close the sales
- Work alongside the production team to ensure sold jobs are ready to be executed
- Have 1-2 years closing sales experience (required)
- Have B2C experience (preferred)
- Have Experience with CRM platform preferred
- Have the desire to serve customers well
- Are an effective communicator
- Are an active listener
- Maintain high attention to detail and knowledge retention
- Work well with a team and independently

- Base Salary uncapped commissions
- $80k - $100k average first year compensation
- Aggressive monthly bonus incentives ($1,000 - $5,000 each month)
