We operate multiple brands under one umbrella, and we need an organized, dependable Office Manager who can handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities, support leadership, and keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support the President, Accountant, and Project Manager with requests and operational needs
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service to potential clients and potential hires
- Assist with project proposals, documentation, and new project onboarding paperwork
- Manage records and enter detailed data for projects across all company brands
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate bookings, and take notes during internal meetings
- Oversee office operations and handle routine administrative tasks
- Assist in recruiting by managing job postings, reviewing submissions, identifying potential candidates, and conducting initial screening
- Complete all assigned tasks enthusiastically and with a solutions-focused mindset
Qualifications
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with ease and stay organized during busy periods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software
- Customer service experience and the ability to work well with team members
- Experience in recruiting is a bonus
- Experience with contract management and lien law processes is a plus
- Preferred: Associate degree or higher
