Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our construction team. As a Builder, you will play a crucial role in transforming plans into reality, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Duties
- Perform installation tasks including framing, masonry, and concrete work.

- Conduct heavy lifting and material handling to support construction activities.
- Collaborate with team members to complete construction estimating for project planning.
- Ensure all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in hardscape projects, ensuring proper installation of outdoor features.
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with construction work.
- Cabinet building skills / operate shop equip safely / proficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
