Job Summary
We are looking for a safety-minded Warehouse Turret Truck Operator to join our fulfillment team. You will operate specialized, high-reach turret forklift equipment to pick, store, and move inventory within our very narrow aisle (VNA) racking systems. This role requires working comfortably at elevated heights, maintaining strict inventory accuracy, and meeting daily productivity goals
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a high-reach Turret Stock Picker (TSP) or swing-mast forklift to move pallets.
- High-Bay Picking: Retrieve and store products accurately in high-bay racking systems at heights often exceeding 20 feet.
- Inventory Tracking: Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to log inventory movements and complete tasks.
- Put-Away & Replenishment: Complete stock put-away, product replenishment, and cycle counts to keep inventory numbers accurate.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct mandatory pre-shift equipment inspections and immediately report any maintenance or safety defects.
- Fall Protection Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety rules, including wearing harnesses and proper tie-off procedures at heights.
- General Warehousing: Assist with general material handling, cross-docking, and housekeeping duties as requested.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6–12 months of experience operating a turret truck, stand-up forklift, or order picker.
- Valid forklift certification or the ability to pass the company's forklift operator test.
- Comfort working at heights of 20 feet or more while secured in fall-protection gear.
- Physical capability to bend, walk, stand, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Clean background check and drug test required
- Strong communication skills and ability to read and follow digital work instructions
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
