Main Responsibilities:
1. Execute leasing and marketing strategies to attract local businesses and prospective residents.
2. Provide exceptional service to prospects and residents, ensuring concerns and service requirements are resolved with urgency and quality.
3. Prepare the property for business by completing morning merchandise and ensuring model and clubhouse cleanliness.
4. Process rent payments, address resident-related damages and policy violations, and collect applicable fines and damage fees.
5. Ensure proper execution of leases and related documents, inspect assigned units, and respond to resident inquiries associated with community issues.
6. Implement and execute resident activities, complete required checklists, and perform other administrative tasks as directed.
Requirements:
1. General knowledge of business and a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
3. Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
4. Property management leasing experience is preferred.
5. Ability to speak, read, and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
Compensation:
Pay is commensurate with candidate experience.
