Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Naples, FL, for a Business Office Director. The Business Office Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the facility, including managing accounting functions, budgeting, office administration, and accounts receivable (AR). Daily tasks include leading the Concierge team, ensuring proper onboarding and compliance with state regulations and Company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Accounts Payables
- Experience in Training and Office Administration
- Proficient in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) including collections
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Naples, FL
- Proficient in the hiring and onboarding of new team members
- Experience in Paychex and Eldermark is a plus
- Experience in healthcare or senior living facilities is a plus
