Position Overview : We are seeking an Academic and Career Advisor to join our student support team in Greenwood Village, CO. This role is pivotal in guiding students to achieve their academic and career goals through personalized advising and coaching. The Advisor will assist students in selecting courses aligned with their career aspirations, identifying potential career paths, and fostering academic success. Additionally, the Advisor will collaborate with faculty, institutional resources, and outside organizations to support students' holistic development and career readiness. This position requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and values teamwork.

Essential Duties : Academic Advising

• Assist students in course selection, aligning with their academic plans and career objectives.
• Monitor student progress, offering proactive support to ensure students remain on track to graduate.
• Educate students on university policies, procedures, and resources available for academic success.
• Address academic challenges through personalized support strategies, connecting students with tutoring or supplemental instruction as needed.
