What We Offer
- Work from home after initial in-office training
- Flexible part-time schedule averaging 16-20 hours per week
- $17 per hour
- No special skills required-training provided
- Test websites and software by navigating them as a typical user
- Share feedback on what's clear, confusing, or could be improved
- Log bugs and usability issues for the IT team
- Assist with troubleshooting and documentation to support a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the User Experience and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to think from the end-user's perspective and show empathy for their experience
- Basic familiarity with PC/Mac computers and operating systems (Windows and MacOS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Knowledge of Christian resources and the mission of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod is preferred
