As Executive Assistant to the President, you'll be the go-to person for executive support and coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the President and Directors with daily tasks, correspondence, and special projects
- Serving as liaison to the Board of Directors, managing agendas, mailings, and the Board portal
- Attending staff meetings, publishing minutes, and tracking action items
- Managing calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics
- Coordinating chapel speakers, prayer lists, and internal communications
- Overseeing doctrinal and product review processes, maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
We're seeking someone who is:
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable with Board Effects software
- A strong communicator-both written and verbal
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
- Experienced in business support (5 years preferred)
- Educated with a bachelor's degree
- Comfortable working with all levels of staff, board members, and guests
