Maintenance Technician – Multi‑Family Property Management
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations for a multi‑family community. This role is responsible for curb appeal, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and timely completion of work orders while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
Qualifications:
- EPA certifications preferred
- Strong experience with unit turns
- Solid plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to manage and complete work orders efficiently
- Previous multi‑family maintenance experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a required!
