Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Leasing Agent. This job does require travel to multiple properties in the area. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for handling leases and lease administration, managing property and residential leasing, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include showing apartments to prospective tenants, processing lease applications, conducting property tours, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience with leases, lease administration, and property management
- Proficiency in residential leasing and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to speak Spanish
