Job Title: Lifestyle Coordinator (Activities Asst)

Position Summary: In alignment with the Company’s mission and values, the Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for supporting programming, creating and running activities and excursions for the residents. All responsibilities must be completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Position Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and support an interesting, creative, and rewarding social atmosphere while promoting resident participation through regularly scheduled, high-quality activities, excursions, special events, guest speakers, movie showings, exercise sessions, establishment of clubs, games, art and creativity opportunities, educational classes, and other such activities.
• Create an interesting, engaging, and purposeful social atmosphere within the Community.
• Accurately and timely perform all administrative support work connected for the Director of Fun (Lifestyle Director) with the position (e.g., Monthly Activity Calendar, Weekly Activity Calendar, invoice processing, etc.).
• Review the Lifestyle program and meet with the Chair of Activities once per month to receive resident feedback and new ideas.
• Ensure activities and events honor and meet the social, fitness activity level, cultural, religious, ethnic diversity, and interests of the residents.
• Promote, plan, staff, help set up, attend, and help break down all special events held at the Community.
• As needed, coordinate and schedule transportation for the residents and schedule Community Drivers.
