- Proactive & Resourceful: A self-starter who can anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, scheduling software, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Medical Terminology: Basic understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare practices.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; further education or certification in medical administration preferred.
