Job description Concordia Visiting Nurses is hiring MULTIPLE full-time Registered Nurses. Registered Nurses are needed to cover our Washington County service area. POSITION SUMMARY The Registered Nurse is a licensed healthcare professional with advanced medical knowledge who administers skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent visits in their homes. She/he provides complex care to the patient and coordinates necessary support services. These nursing services are provided to patients in accordance with a physician’s plan of care.
