Who you are as a Clinical Supervisor:
- Licensed in PA as a REGISTERED NURSE
- 1 years of post-licensure experience (supervisory experience recommended)
- Warm, approachable, and communicative — people come to you for guidance
- Skilled in managing clinical standards while supporting individual growth
- Passionate about empowering others and improving client outcomes
What you’ll do as a Clinical Supervisor:
- Supervise and support a team of clinicians (e.g., nurses, case managers)
- Provide regular clinical supervision and case consultations
- Ensure clinical documentation and services meet quality standards and compliance
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
- Help create a healthy, team-centered work environment where people can thrive

The roots of our organization can be traced back to Rev. Dr. J. E. Victor Carlson, who helped create Hospice Care Inc. in Greene County in the late 1970s to serve families dealing with end-of-life illnesses. In 1996, the program was combined with The Washington Hospital, opening opportunities for inpatient care and other new services. On July 1, 2016, Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System (previously The Washington Hospital) partnered to form the organization we are today.
