We are hiring a licensed Journeyman to support our firm's expansion in Nebraska.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $42.00 / hour

Responsibilities:
Please note: this role requires extensive travel. Road warriors welcome!
- Install and repair electrical equipment on cell phone towers
- Work closely with construction crews and Project Managers to meet deadlines
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Be responsible for the electrical installation that meets client standards for the quality of work, with an emphasis on meeting the budgeted hours available.
- Be knowledgeable of all aspects of electrical construction materials and control equipment that make up the field installation part of a cell tower site
- Interprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems
- Inspect cell tower sites for compliance with plans and specifications, point out deficiencies, coach and take corrective action as needed.
- Provides training, direction, and mentorship to our Electrical Apprentice/Construction Crews.
- Promote safety on the jobsite in connection with the installation and service work.
- Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations
Qualifications:
- Be a licensed Journeyman Electrician in the desired state
- Experience in the construction industry, telecom industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment with construction crews, Project Managers, and Foremen
- Work in all weather conditions
- Have a valid Driver’s License
