Key Responsibilities Include:
• Academic leadership and program development
• Faculty recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation
• Enrollment and student success initiatives
• Budget and operational oversight
• Strengthening healthcare and community partnerships
• Guiding the Center for Population Health
• Collaboration with the Provost and campus leadership
Required Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in a health-related discipline
• Demonstrated academic or professional leadership experience
• Experience with college-level teaching
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Terminal degree in a relevant field
• Experience developing academic programs
• Familiarity with accreditation and higher education standards
• Understanding of liberal arts and professional education integration
