• Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback to support continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, school initiatives, and curriculum development efforts.
• Support students’ literacy education by integrating writing skills, creative writing exercises, and standardized testing preparation into lessons. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in History, Education, or a related field; higher education teaching experience preferred.
• Proven classroom management skills with experience working with middle school students in diverse settings.
• Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills for lesson planning and instructional delivery.
