What You’ll Do as an HVACR Technician:
- Maintain and repair HVAC, refrigeration, water, and utility systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and general building repairs
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, and equipment repairs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper condition
- Support seasonal maintenance (including snow and ice removal)
- Respond to on-call emergencies
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance
What We’re Looking For in an HVACR Technician:
- HVACR experience required (5-10 years preferred)
- General mechanical, plumbing, or construction skills a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic with a team-focused, service-oriented attitude
