Occupational Therapist:
Concordia has an exciting opportunity for Occupational Therapists to join our Rehabilitative team at our newest location: Concordia at SpiriTrust – Sprenkle Drive. Our licensed OTs/COTAs evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment to help our skilled nursing residents and patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities - supporting our residents’ and short-term rehab patients’ recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities of OTs/COTAs:
- Perform resident evaluations, provide direct therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life.
- Submits timely and accurate documentation.
Background and Expertise of OTs/COTAs:
- Current Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited OT program.

- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 40.0 per week
