Food Service Aide

Concordia at SpiriTrust - Gettysburg (formerly SpiriTrust Lutheran) is looking for a PART - TIME Food Service Aide to join our team! If you enjoy serving, working with people, and being part of a supportive, team-centered environment, this is a great opportunity.
As a Food Service Aide, you will have the responsibility to serve quality food to our residents.

What You’ll do as a Food Service Aide:

• Assist with preparation, cooking, and baking
• Waiting tables, taking orders and washing dishes .
• Keeping your work area clean and sanitary at all times

The Food Service Aide job is Entry level position – (You will be paid while being trained.) Competitive 2026 wages starting at $15.00/hour and going up to $16.05/hour based on experience.
We have a part-time and full-time positions available -If you enjoy helping others then this is the perfect job for you!

Food Service Aide Qualifications:

• Table service skills
• Waitress experience helpful but not required
• Team player
• Reliable and Flexible schedule
• ServSafe certification a plus!
