We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurse's (LPN) for:

8.5hr shifts per week, 2:00PM-10:30PM!

Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities:

• Medication administration following all applicable policies and rules
• Timely and accurate documentation
• Communication of significant resident changes to the physician and supervises/monitors the care provided by CNAs on the unit.
• Follows up on appropriate paperwork and orders
• Communicates proactively and professionally with residents and families keeping them aware of changes in resident’s condition, incidents, and problem resolution

Experience:

• Healthcare, preferably Long-term care: 1 year (Required)
