Experienced Matrimonial Paralegal/Legal Assistant White Plains
Ability to prepare pleadings, Petitions, motions, memoranda of law, Statements of Net Worth, settlement agreements, uncontested divorce papers, correspondence, retainer agreements, simple wills and Estate documents, billing TABS, Phillips transcription system, Word and Word Perfect, Microsoft Outlook, excel a plus.
Qualifications:
Experience Matrimonial Law , commercial litigation experience a plus, Ability to multitask, strong organizational and client communication skills, controlling attorney calendar.
Salary commensurate with experience. (TBD)
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
