Overview
The Associate, Concorde Virtual Assistant (CVA) Program plays a key role in delivering a high-quality, scalable service experience to financial professionals across the firm. This position supports advisors through new business processing, account transitions, training, and ongoing operational support.
This individual is expected to operate with a strong service mindset, take ownership of outcomes, and contribute to a consistent, efficient, and professional experience across all advisor interactions.
Location & Work Structure
This position is based in Boca Raton, Florida. The role will begin remotely and transition to regular in-office collaboration once the office is operational. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Boca Raton area. This will not permanently be a remote or hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
Advisor Support & Service Delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned advisors, supporting new business, transitions, and day-to-day operational needs
- Respond to inquiries from field offices and home office staff with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency
- Ensure timely and thorough resolution of requests, maintaining a high standard of service delivery
- Proactively identify issues and drive solutions, escalating when appropriate
New Business & Transitions
- Support the processing and submission of new business across multiple product lines and platforms
- Assist advisors with onboarding and transition workflows, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Monitor submissions for completeness and accuracy, helping reduce NIGO and processing delays
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues impacting business flow
Training & Advisor Enablement
- Train financial professionals and their staff on firm systems, workflows, and best practices
- Provide ongoing guidance to improve adoption of new business and transition tools
- Reinforce expectations around submission quality, documentation, and process adherence
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned advisors and their teams
- Conduct proactive outreach to support advisor engagement and ensure alignment with firm expectations
- Act as a trusted operational partner to advisors, helping them navigate processes efficiently
Operational Execution
- Accurately process a high volume of requests across multiple systems and business lines
- Maintain strong attention to detail in all data entry and documentation
- Support incoming calls and general service requests as needed
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively across Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams to resolve issues
- Support a team-first environment by sharing knowledge, assisting peers, and contributing to overall team success
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications & Skills

Licensing Requirements (Preferred)
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) preferred
- Series 99 or Series 7 preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain within 6–12 months of hire
- Candidates who currently hold active licenses are strongly preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
